Role Snapshot
The Chief Technology Officer will lead LEARN's technology strategy and executive leadership team, managing over 3,200 miles of fiber optic infrastructure across Texas while overseeing network operations, security initiatives, and strategic technology planning.
Key Responsibilities: Manage network operations and 24/7/365 NOC support, oversee optical/packet networking and cybersecurity infrastructure, collaborate with board committees on technology vision, and develop new revenue-generating services for members.
Skills & Tools: Leadership in technology teams, strategic planning, knowledge of network infrastructure and service-provider class technologies, financial analysis, project management, and public speaking.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience or advanced degree with 8 years of experience preferred, along with industry certifications.
Location: In-Person - McKinney, TX
Compensation: $150K–$250K/yr
