Role Snapshot

Lead strategy and execution for Texas state adoption campaigns at McGraw Hill, serving as the primary liaison to the Texas Department of Education. Drive market-informed product development and coordinate efforts across sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Key Responsibilities: Direct cross-functional campaign strategy from product development through go-to-market launch, embedding customer insights and managing competitive research. Serve as liaison to Texas Department of Education for state submissions, compliance requirements, and bid coordination while developing comprehensive state-level strategies for messaging, pricing, and sales enablement.
Skills & Tools: Strong market research and competitive analysis capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level briefings. Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders at multiple levels, and manage multiple high-stakes timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with experience in K-12 educational publishing, EdTech, state adoption processes, or campaign strategy. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives and strong understanding of state adoption processes and voice-of-the-customer integration.
Location: Texas
Compensation: $107K–$130K/yr
