Summary

The Global HRIS Lead oversees Workday solutions and HR technology strategies for Strategic Education, serving as a strategist and technical expert to enhance HR processes and drive global business operations. This second-shift role partners across HR, IT, Finance, and business teams to deliver innovative HRIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Administer and configure Workday to meet global and local needs, lead business process redesign, and develop continuous improvement programs. Provide technical support, troubleshoot HRIS issues, coach HR team members, support system testing and audits, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction with high-level customer service.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of Workday, HRIS/HRMS systems, and HR-related technologies with deep understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration abilities with agility to work in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or HR preferred, with 8 years of HRIS experience required; Workday certification is a plus. Demonstrated experience in HR process mapping throughout the complete employee lifecycle.
Location: Remote from United States of America; requires up to 10% travel; second-shift schedule Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time
Compensation: $103,900 – $155,900/year
