Summary

Lead and support early childhood education programs at Acelero Learning as an Assistant Center Director, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing teaching staff performance to drive positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee center operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, coach teachers in curriculum implementation with fidelity, manage child assessment systems, and supervise department personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

Skills & Tools: Management and supervisory experience, knowledge of early childhood education principles and Head Start Performance Standards, ability to provide coaching and feedback for quality improvement, familiarity with licensing regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications: Associate's degree in a related field required (bachelor's degree preferred) with minimum 1 year of managerial experience, CPR and First Aid certification, valid driver's license, and bilingual English/Spanish capability preferred.
