Summary
Join BibliU as a Change Management Faculty Trainer to guide higher education faculty in adopting digital resources and the BibliU platform. This role is critical to the company's growth by accelerating the transition to digital course materials in higher education institutions.
Key Responsibilities: Onboard new customers and educate faculty on digital resources, develop strategic plans for digital conversions, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance training materials and support faculty development. You will work with new customers to understand their digital journey and help faculty submit adoptions and utilize the BibliU platform effectively.
Skills & Tools: Effective communication, change management proficiency, familiarity with technology and digital tools, and eLearning expertise. Strong presentation skills, tenacity, and quick learning ability are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in higher education with faculty leadership background. Preferred experience includes university leadership roles such as Dean or Department Chair, with a strong background in faculty development and change management.
Location: United States, Remote (particularly candidates on the East Coast)
Compensation: $65,000 ā $95,000/year
