Location: This position is based in New Rochelle, United States. Some travel may be required occasionally.
Compensation: $66000 - $96000 / Annually
Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to prepare lunches and meals for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and able to work independently.
Hours vary upon company meeting schedule. Some travel may be required from time to time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals for meeting lunches and special events
- Create menus appropriate for various occasions and dietary needs
- Order and maintain pantry and food supplies
- Ensure kitchen and café areas are clean and sanitary
- Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations
- Manage budget and make recommendations for cost savings
Job Requirements:
- Culinary experience required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to manage food inventory and supplies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Food safety certification preferred

Salary Range: $66,000 - $96,000
*The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
