Role Snapshot
Technical Support Analyst at Docebo serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries on their AI-powered learning platform, providing troubleshooting and technical support to enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Address customer technical issues through multiple communication channels (calls, chat, video, ticketing), troubleshoot problems by gathering information and identifying root causes, and follow up to confirm resolution. Conduct technical conversations for up to 8 hours daily while managing customer expectations and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, exceptional problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in learning technical material quickly. Previous technical support experience in fast-paced environments with capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications: Previous experience in technical support, preferably in SaaS or LMS environments with a proven track record in customer service excellence. Ability to comprehend complex technical material and follow established procedures and schedules.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$50K–CA$70K/yr
