Role Snapshot
The Stewardship Manager coordinates donor engagement strategies and manages stewardship plans for top-tier donors at the National FFA Organization, serving as a key liaison between corporate giving teams and program staff to elevate donor relationships and increase revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute annual and multi-year stewardship plans, maintain donor relations, manage project plans for assets and events, and improve donor engagement strategies while working with program staff, marketing communications, and corporate partners.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, project management, and relationship management skills; knowledge of donor services, fundraising strategies, and ability to effectively communicate organizational capabilities to external partners.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of relevant experience in donor services, stewardship, or administration; understanding of nonprofit operations and donor cultivation strategies.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Compensation: $55K–$85K/yr
