Summary

The Onboarding Lead – Title Management will drive successful adoption of the Firebrand Title Management platform across all Scholastic business units by managing change, user enablement, and system optimization. This temporary role blends strategic stakeholder liaison work with hands-on training delivery to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.

Skills & Tools: Required skills include change leadership, training program development, strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical abilities, and data visualization proficiency. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple departments.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience with organizational change management, user acceptance testing coordination, and proficiency with data visualization tools. Background in change management or enterprise system implementations is valuable.
Location: New York
Compensation: $80K–$100K/yr
