Summary
Lead strategic initiatives for BetterUp's Office of the CEO, driving innovation in the Employee Experience ecosystem through high-impact projects including annual planning, acquisition integrations, and market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead top strategic projects such as annual planning, acquisition due diligence and integrations, market entry strategies, and cross-functional initiatives while collaborating closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Executive Leadership Team to deliver measurable results.
Skills & Tools: Strategic and analytical excellence with proven ability to lead complex projects from ideation to execution; exceptional cross-functional leadership, execution skills, agility, resilience in fast-paced environments, and comfort with sensitive, high-stakes initiatives.
Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience at leading consulting firms (Bain, McKinsey, or BCG) with demonstrated success on complex, high-stakes projects; additional experience in lean, high-growth scale-ups preferred.
Location: Hybrid in New York City, New York, United States
Compensation: $202,000 – $349,000/year
