Instructional Designer at Academian responsible for designing and developing engaging eLearning modules, assessments, and interactive content grounded in evidence-based learning principles. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure instructional effectiveness, accessibility compliance, and alignment with learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Design storyboards and create instructional materials including videos and interactive eLearning modules; conduct quality assurance testing for usability, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and learning outcome alignment. Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers while staying current with emerging eLearning trends and recommending innovative approaches.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with authoring tools, LMS platforms, instructional design models, and learning design principles; expertise in assessment design and WCAG accessibility compliance. Strong communication, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Qualifications: Master's degree preferred in any subject area, with preference for English, Communication, Education, or Instructional Design backgrounds. 2–5 years of relevant instructional design or eLearning development experience required.

Job Overview:
We are seeking for Instructional Designer who will design and develop engaging instructional materials. They will create storyboards for assessments, videos, and interactive eLearning modules grounded in evidence-based learning principles and instructional design models. Working collaboratively with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers, you will ensure content accuracy, learner engagement, and technical functionality across all deliverables. ID will conduct rigorous quality assurance by reviewing and testing courses for usability, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and alignment with learning outcomes. Additionally, they should stay current with emerging eLearning trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommend innovative approaches to continuously enhance learner engagement and instructional effectiveness.
