How can you make an impact?
We are seeking a Senior Designer, Product Experience Operations with expertise in building and scaling design operations that enable consistent, high quality product delivery across complex organizations. This role develops tools, workflows, standards, and documentation, aligns cross functional teams and vendors, improves end to end design and media processes, supports onboarding, identifies operational risks, and champions continuous improvement through strong systems thinking and collaboration.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain tools, workflows, and guidelines supporting the full design and media lifecycle for internal teams and external vendors.
- Establish and evolve standards and best practices that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure consistent delivery across portfolios.
- Create and manage a centralized repository for documentation, templates, and operational resources.
- Partner cross functionally to design, align, and improve workflows across design, content, media, technology, and vendor teams.
- Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, drive systematic improvements, support onboarding, and champion scalable design operations practices.
What you can bring to this role:
- 5+ years of experience in product development, design operations, project or program management, or operational roles supporting creative or cross functional teams.
- Strong cross functional influence skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven pattern recognition skills to identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart to support scalable workflows and documentation.
- Familiarity with creative or design environments; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus but not required.

The pay range for this position is between $55,000-$83,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
