Summary
Lead a unified creative services organization at Learning A-Z, directing art, animation, UX design, audio, and graphic design teams to deliver innovative, user-centered educational experiences across the product portfolio. Shape creative vision, establish scalable systems, and partner with product and engineering to ensure engaging learner experiences aligned with business goals.
Skills & Tools: Strong executive leadership, advanced communication, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of Agile development. Expertise in leveraging emerging technologies like AI for operational efficiency and proficiency in UX research techniques.
Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience in related fields with extensive experience leading creative teams in a shared services model. Familiarity with educational technology and demonstrated success building scalable organizational structures.
