The Program Manager, LXR plays a critical role in ensuring Implementation Support Teams (ISTs) are fully prepared to support educators through clear, timely internal communications and effective product release readiness. The ideal candidate is both highly organized and highly strategic—someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, brings clarity to complexity, and proactively improves systems and workflows.
The impact you'll have:
IST Readiness Planning and Program Management
- Own the program management infrastructure for ISTLearning and Communications, establishing scalable processes that serve as a source of truth for IST Leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve a centralized readiness dashboard and program tracker that provides visibility into initiatives, content status, timelines, and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional readiness planning for major initiatives and product releases impacting‑ ISTs, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Coordinate with teams delivering on-demand‑ IST training to ensure messaging, timing, and content are aligned and complementary.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, or breakdowns in readiness and communications, and drive solutions.
Product Release Readiness for IST
- Drive the end-to-end IST release readiness process for all iReady releases, serving as the central point of coordination.
- Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Educator Insights, Enablement, and Support to determine what the IST needs to know. when they need to know it, and how information should be delivered.
- Coordinate IST-facing release materials (e.g., release notes, training sessions, curated knowledge, FAQs) to ensure they are accurate, delivered on time, and sequenced ahead of field impact.
- Track deliverables against release milestones and escalate risks to timelines or quality as needed.
- Work with subject matter experts to define content requirements that support IST readiness priorities.
- Track content creation, review, approval, and delivery timelines to ensure readiness materials are available before action is required by the field.
IST Communications
- Write, edit, and/or collaborate on clear, concise, IST-facing communications that translate complex information into actionable guidance.
- Own the strategy, continuous improvement, and execution of the weekly IST Digests, ensuring critical updates are prioritized, messaging is consistent and digestible, and each IST team receives relevant, timely information
- Lead the IST issues communications process, partnering with Product and other stakeholders to ensure structured, calm, and effective messaging during product related issues.
- Coordinate across teams to evolve and maintain an IST communications strategy that strengthens standing channels, reduces noise, and improves adoption of information.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $60,750-$99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
