Marketing Manager for Moodle's Public Sector division, responsible for driving expansion of digital learning solutions within U.S. government and nonprofit organizations. This role focuses on positioning Moodle as a trusted, compliant LMS for government training and civic education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead marketing campaigns tailored to public sector procurement cycles, map key personas across federal/state/local government, and align messaging with compliance standards (FedRAMP, Section 508). Partner with performance marketing teams on account-based strategies, support RFP responses, and track government tech stack trends to optimize campaign success.
Skills & Tools: Experience marketing to public institutions with understanding of compliance-driven messaging and long government sales cycles. Ability to translate technical compliance details into compelling audience-relevant stories and collaborate across product, legal, and hosting teams.
Qualifications: Background working within U.S. federal agencies or public institutions with knowledge of government procurement processes. Demonstrated experience with mission-driven work and a collaborative, proactive approach to complex regulatory environments.
