Summary
Product Manager for Product-led Growth & Community Operations at Epic, the leading digital reading platform for K-12 students, focusing on enhancing the digital reading experience through user research and product development. This entry-to-mid-level role plays a critical part in building meaningful product experiences that drive measurable impact for millions of children and educators.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep user research with students and teachers to understand pain points and translate qualitative findings into product requirements. Apply PM methodologies to improve user flow and engagement, and contribute innovative ideas to the user experience design process.
Skills & Tools: Strong product management capabilities with excellent communication skills and proficiency in conducting user interviews and workshops. Demonstrated ability to perform deep-dive research and translate user insights into actionable product strategy.
Qualifications: 2–5 years of product management experience with a strong grasp of product methodology and standard PM frameworks. Startup experience is a bonus but not required.
Location: Hybrid in San Jose, California, United States
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 / annually
