Key Responsibilities: Deliver quality support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, web, social media), manage client queries within SLA guidelines, and log all interactions in Salesforce. Follow up diligently to ensure client satisfaction and de-escalate potential conflicts.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication skills, client relationship management, multitasking ability, and proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. Spanish language proficiency is ideal.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree is required. Previous customer service experience is ideal.
