Range: $60,300.00 - $90,500.00 Job Description The School Compliance Analyst works under a specific school’s direction to complete required documentation for both state-based approval agencies and programmatic accreditors. The analyst works with academic and school personnel to ensure reports required by external regulators (e.g., self-studies, annual reports, ad hoc reports) are accurately completed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develops and updates policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external laws and regulations. Investigates complaints or allegations of non-compliance, suggesting steps to address and prevent future violations. Prepares annual and ad hoc reports to maintain programmatic authorization including completing documentation to obtain approval by states’ programmatic approving agencies (e.g., boards, departments, commissions). Evaluates planned or implemented changes in the standards and requirements of local, state, regional, and/or national approval agencies. Works with internal stakeholders to obtain, compile, and maintain data required to complete external reports. Produces high-quality work on short deadlines. Performs other related duties as assigned. Skill and Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of authorization, accreditation, and professional licensure in higher education. Technological competence with MS Office Suite, Salesforce and Smartsheet. Interpersonal relationship skills (social-emotional intelligence) of confidence, focus, ethics, and accountability as demonstrated by checks with multiple layers of references. Ability to synthesize and communicate complex analyses and discussions into written documentation. Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple competing projects and deadlines. Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills. Sensitivity to and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Qualifications: Minimum

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a writing-intensive field (e.g., communication, English, history) from an accredited college/university or equivalent Five (5) years of related experience in higher education compliance, accreditation, or quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree in a writing-intensive field (e.g., communication, English, history) from an accredited college/university Knowledge of programmatic approval procedures in four or more jurisdictions Prior training as a quality examiner (Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award preferred) Bi-lingual (writing and speaking)

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed.
