Role Snapshot

Technical Support Representative I providing support for software and hardware issues to customers across multiple systems while ensuring satisfaction. The role focuses on problem resolution, customer communication, and continuous system improvement feedback.

Key Responsibilities: Provide daily user support including answering questions, analyzing problems, and executing solutions for software and hardware issues; maintain detailed records of customer interactions and completed solutions. Assist with data migrations, develop training materials, and collaborate with technical staff to establish system improvement goals.
Skills & Tools: Required: strong communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and willingness to learn. Preferred: Microsoft A+ Certification, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and working knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Microsoft Office365 applications.
Qualifications: Required: high school diploma and ability to learn through on-the-job training. Preferred: college degree and relevant technical certifications.
Location: Richfield, Ohio
Compensation: $35K–$50K/yr
