Summary

Lead the implementation and execution of college success programming for over 2,000 students across 6+ Oregon colleges and universities. Supervise a team of Advising Specialists to ensure high-quality, equity-centered support that enhances student retention and graduation rates.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee program implementation, manage and coach Advising Specialists, build and maintain partnerships with colleges, ensure quality advising delivery, and utilize data for continuous improvement and program evaluation.

Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and project management abilities, data analysis expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting economically disadvantaged students with knowledge of college academic processes.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience required with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably with a background in college academic processes and project management.

Location: Portland, Oregon

Compensation: $60K–$80K/yr
