Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. This role will be responsible for processes related to the employee life cycle, HR data management and analysis, employee support, compliance activities, and employee engagement programs and employee experience. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional HR teams, including various HR COEs. The person in this role should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, data and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders. This role will be based out of Hyderabad.

What you will do: Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding documentation, leave tracking and reporting, payroll inputs, employee letters and queries, and offboarding activities. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and practices, reimbursements, documentation, and people processes. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making. Support compliance, audit readiness, statutory requirements, and process governance through accurate record-keeping and documentation controls. Plan and execute employee engagement programmes, events, and initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems and trackers, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Develop and maintain HR process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources. Support HR systems administration, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of people processes and operational excellence.

What you will bring: 5+ years of experience in HR operations and analytics. Hands-on experience with Workday or a similar tier 1 global HCM is preferable. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements is preferable. Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in managing data, creating dashboards, and reporting meaningful workforce metrics. Exceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Excellent organizational and communication skills, and strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
