Summary
Lead Cornerstone OnDemand's strategic Customer Lifecycle Experience & Governance (CLEG) program as Vice President, driving measurable business outcomes including SaaS renewal rate increases and ARR growth across enterprise customers globally.
Key Responsibilities: Own the evolution of CLEG methodology across all customer lifecycle phases, chair the CLEG Governance Council to align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes including 5% renewal rate increases and $7M in new ARR while building executive dashboards and ROI reporting.
Skills & Tools: 15+ years in enterprise SaaS program management, deep expertise in customer lifecycle and value realization metrics, proficiency with governance tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Clari), strong executive communication, and ability to influence complex matrixed environments.
Qualifications: Proven track record driving SaaS renewal rates and ARR growth in enterprise environments, executive-level communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational structures.
Location: Remote, United States
Compensation: $250,000/year
