Role Snapshot

Echo360 seeks a fully remote Customer Success Manager for Higher Education in North America to lead account management, renewals, and drive product adoption for higher education clients. The role focuses on customer retention, strategic relationship building, and enhancing product utilization across a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Drive customer retention and renewability by managing account relationships, conducting regular check-ins, and serving as primary point of contact for customers. Analyze usage data to identify adoption opportunities, provide strategic guidance on best practices, and promote new product features to accelerate growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Tools: Strong verbal and written communication skills, SaaS platform expertise, data analysis capability, and cross-functional collaboration ability. Must be detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and ability to build trusted advisor relationships at multiple organizational levels.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, consultative sales, or account management. Must be eligible to work in the United States and preferably located near a major metropolitan area.
Location: United States
Compensation: $80K–$100K/yr
