Summary

Customer Success Intern supporting client engagement and relationship management at Vector Solutions, a leading SaaS education technology company. A 10-week summer program (May 26 - July 31) offering hands-on experience in customer success strategies and support.

Skills & Tools: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments, and self-motivation. Familiarity or willingness to learn lead prospecting tools such as Salesforce and Churn Zero preferred.
Qualifications: Must be entering senior year in Fall 2026 and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Must be able to commit to the full 10-week summer program and work hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.
Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
