Summary

Join Conscious Discipline as a Customer Care Representative, serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, website navigation, and product support. You'll deliver exceptional solutions that enhance customer experience while representing the company's values of connection and compassion.

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, managing high call and ticket volumes while providing troubleshooting support and order processing assistance. Guide customers through website navigation, product usage, and order placement while maintaining accurate documentation of interactions.
Skills & Tools: Requires exceptional verbal and written communication, problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness across multiple platforms and systems. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while working collaboratively across teams.
Qualifications: Requires 1-3 years of customer care, support, or service experience, ideally in education or EdTech industry. Must possess a compassionate and patient demeanor with strong ability to listen and guide customers through challenges.
Location: Sanford, Florida
Compensation: $20/hr
