Role Snapshot

Join Ellucian as a Colleague HR Consultant to lead implementations of the Colleague HR solution for higher education institutions, modernizing HR operations and enhancing employee experiences. This highly visible role involves serving as a trusted advisor and functional expert to colleges and universities undergoing SaaS transformations.

Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation and optimization of Colleague HR solutions, partner with campus HR leaders to modernize processes including position management, benefits, onboarding, and compliance reporting. Drive measurable outcomes in operational efficiency and data integrity while identifying risks early and collaborating cross-functionally with project managers and technical teams.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Colleague HR or similar HR systems and 2+ years in implementation, consulting, or functional training delivery. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, ability to lead client-facing workshops, and functional expertise in Higher Education HR processes.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Colleague HR or similar systems, 2+ years of implementation consulting experience, and functional expertise in Higher Education HR processes preferred. Preferred qualifications include continuous improvement mindset, experience with SaaS transformations, and knowledge of regulatory compliance in Higher Education HR.
Location: United States
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
