How can you make an impact?
The Marketing Enablement Associate provides sales and marketing support to the sales and customer success teams. Responsible for assisting in executing sales and marketing strategies, including delivering marketing campaigns and promotional materials to customer facing teams.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Writes and proofs email marketing messages in alignment with sales strategy.
- Develops promotional materials, following content and branding guidelines; promotional material includes training material and sales kits.
- Responsible for the logistics, communication, and tracking of instructors piloting digital products in consideration for adoption.
- Serves as an ambassador to internal and external customers; partners with sales team members to resolve external customer issues.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a strong customer-centric focus; ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, proficient communication skills, demonstrated flexibility to meet customer demands, and ability to collaborate and share ideas.
- Proficient understanding of product landscape, services, and support; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; experience writing, proofing, and creating email campaigns using marketing automation tools preferred; experience developing promotional and training materials using web-to-print production tools preferred.
- Travel requirement of up to 25%.

The pay range for this position is between $35,720-$52,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
