Summary

Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for McGraw Hill's K-12 business across Math, Language Arts, Science, and Humanities portfolios. Support customer engagement and retention through integrated campaign marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, develop campaign strategies, manage creative content and assets, and coordinate campaign tasks including scheduling and deliverables. Collect performance data, support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign optimization.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management capabilities, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with willingness to collaborate, problem-solve, and learn best practices in integrated campaign planning.
Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field preferred.
Location: Remote position open to applicants authorized to work in the United States, with occasional travel up to 15%.
Compensation: $58,960 โ€“ $70,000 / annually
