Summary

The Professional Learning Manager at Zearn is responsible for onboarding new facilitators over a 0-12 month journey, ensuring they develop foundational skills and independence to deliver high-quality professional learning experiences. This role directly impacts the quality of educator training and student success across Zearn's platform.

Skills & Tools: Required skills include expertise in adult learning facilitation, evidence-based evaluation and coaching, strong collaboration abilities across teams, and the ability to use data to refine processes and bridge skill gaps.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 7 years in K-12 education, proven experience with adult learning coaching, project management skills, and a degree in Education or a related field.
Location: Remote position available across multiple US states including CA, CT, FL, IL, LA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and Washington D.C.
Compensation: $100,000 – $105,000 / annually
