Summary
The People and Culture Operations Specialist manages HR operations, enhances employee experience, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within Kami's People & Culture department. This role is critical to supporting the company's growth and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with HRIS systems and Google Suite; high attention to detail; and knowledge of US and UK employment legislation. The ideal candidate should be action-oriented with excellent data analysis capabilities and proven project management experience.
Qualifications: Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in People & Culture or HR operations, with proven experience working in global HR teams. Understanding of UK HR legislation is preferred, and comprehensive knowledge of US employment laws is essential.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States (Texas-based preferred)
