This role is critical to supporting the company's growth and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

The ideal candidate should be action-oriented with excellent data analysis capabilities and proven project management experience.

Qualifications: Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in People & Culture or HR operations, with proven experience working in global HR teams. Understanding of UK HR legislation is preferred, and comprehensive knowledge of US employment laws is essential.
