Summary
An A-G Monitoring Fellow position with EdTrust-West supporting the Russlynn Ali Summer Fellowship program to advance educational equity and racial justice in California's P-16 education system. The fellow will conduct a landscape analysis of Los Angeles County school districts regarding A-G coursework and develop policy recommendations.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, expertise in A-G coursework, and experience engaging with education stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, with preferred experience in education policy and familiarity with California's education system. Understanding of educational equity issues and racial justice principles is beneficial.
Location: Hybrid in Oakland, California; remote work available but applicant must reside in California and report to Oakland office 1-2 times during the 10-week summer term (June 15 - August 21, 2026).
