Role Snapshot
Lead a team of Solutions Architects at Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) to drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered productivity tools while ensuring customer success through strategic guidance and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee a Solutions Architect team to manage customer onboarding, implementation, and optimization of Superhuman products across enterprise clients. Collaborate across departments to set delivery standards, drive product adoption, and maximize customer value while providing white-glove service.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and coaching abilities with experience managing technical teams in enterprise SaaS environments. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with expertise in solution design, stakeholder management, and customer-first problem-solving.
Qualifications: 4+ years of team leadership experience and 6+ years as a Solutions Architect. Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS technologies, and proven experience in enterprise technical implementation.
Location: United States
Compensation: $212K–$290K/yr
