Role Snapshot
Senior Sales Recruiter at Superhuman responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-priority Sales roles in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role drives outcomes from sourcing through closing and onboarding while partnering with stakeholders to build diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design and lead sourcing strategies for complex Sales roles, build partnerships with hiring managers, architect interview frameworks, analyze recruiting funnel data for improvements, and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives. Champion cross-team alignment and candidate experience throughout the recruiting journey.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, capacity to manage multiple complex projects independently, and passion for exceptional candidate experiences. Demonstrated pattern-matching, process improvement mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance and proactively manage priorities.

Compensation: $152K–$209K/yr
