Summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory seeks a Chief Information Officer to lead their enterprise IT organization and develop innovative IT strategies that support scientific research and national security missions. The CIO will guide comprehensive cybersecurity measures and technology infrastructure across a federally funded research and development center.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive IT strategy that enhances operational capabilities and cybersecurity measures while supporting the Laboratory's scientific research and administrative operations. Serve as the senior information technology leader guiding an innovative and secure enterprise IT strategy.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in enterprise IT leadership, cybersecurity operations, research technology infrastructure, and enterprise application capabilities. Strategic vision and ability to operate effectively in complex, mission-driven environments with emphasis on innovation and security.
Qualifications: Significant experience in complex, mission-driven environments with strong background in enterprise applications, technology capabilities, and IT operations. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret level DoD security clearance and pass a pre-employment background investigation.

MIT Lincoln Laboratory (“the Laboratory”) is seeking a strategic, dynamic, and forward-looking Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) to lead their enterprise IT organization and shape the future of information technology across the Laboratory. The CIO will serve as the senior information technology leader, responsible for guiding an innovative, comprehensive, and secure enterprise IT strategy that enables the Laboratory’s scientific research, administrative operations, and overall organizational mission.
