Senior Specialist in CX Operations at Docebo who optimizes the end-to-end customer journey and drives customer success through strategic management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in an AI-driven SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities: Optimize customer success processes, manage renewal forecasting and at-risk account detection, develop health scoring and churn prediction tools, ensure data integrity in Salesforce and Totango, and proactively identify operational bottlenecks to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, expertise with revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Totango, CSM tools), excellent project management and communication skills, and understanding of B2B SaaS operations.
Qualifications: 3+ years of B2B SaaS revenue operations experience with strong understanding of risk management and demonstrated ability in process optimization and strategic planning.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$90K–CA$130K/yr
