Role Snapshot
Lead instructional design projects from kickoff to launch at Story Arc Learning, serving as the central coordinator between clients, subject-matter experts, designers, developers, and stakeholders. Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets in a creative, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of instructional design projects while coordinating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Facilitate project-status meetings, maintain dashboards, manage client expectations, identify risks proactively, and enforce quality standards at each project phase.
Skills & Tools: Strong organization, project management, client relations, and communication skills with proficiency in Monday.com and experience managing instructional design and e-learning projects. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, multitask across client projects, and balance strategic vision with attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, instructional design, business, or related discipline with minimum 5 years of project-management experience specifically in instructional design or e-learning. Experience in a client-services or agency environment required.
Location: Covington, Kentucky
Compensation: $40–$50/hr
