Role Snapshot
Project Manager II oversees department projects and drives efficiencies in project execution within Western Governors University's online educational environment. This role is accountable for ensuring projects align with strategic departmental goals and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Manages project plans, schedules, and timelines while monitoring project status, risks, and milestone achievements. Ensures stakeholder communication, documents deliverables, tracks deadlines, and escalates issues to maintain project success.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and leadership abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three years of project management experience required; Master's degree and PMP certification preferred.
Location: North Carolina
Compensation: $73K–$109K/yr
