Summary

A Learning & Development Manager supporting Hilton resort brands responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance team member skills and guest experiences. This role ensures consistent learning outcomes across the property while supporting the development goals of Team Members.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver modern L&D programs using current tools and techniques; manage training initiatives, assess training effectiveness, and mentor Team Members on professional development. Maintain positive relationships with staff and leadership to identify learning needs and drive engagement.

Skills & Tools: Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong people management and interpersonal relationship-building abilities. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field with 3-5 years of L&D or training management experience. Prior experience with hospitality or luxury resort environments preferred.

Location: NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, Vietnam (Tapestry Collection by Hilton)

Compensation: Estimated: $45,000 – $60,000/year based on L&D Manager role, international resort location, and Hilton brand positioning
