Role Snapshot

The Benefits Analyst evaluates and enhances employee benefit programs for U.S.-based employees, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role partners with stakeholders to support the development, communication, and continuous improvement of total rewards offerings.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze employee benefit data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, advise on benefit design and implementation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes. Develop employee communications, monitor regulatory compliance, and prepare reports and recommendations for HR, Finance, and leadership decision-making.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of U.S. HR policies and benefit regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA), with excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and benefit program evaluation is required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field required. 2+ years of experience in benefits administration required.

Compensation: $51Kโ€“$84K/yr
