Role Snapshot
Client Success Manager at Leepfrog Technologies responsible for driving client engagement, satisfaction, renewal, and growth with their CourseLeaf academic operations software. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring maximum value delivery across 500+ colleges and universities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client engagement through regular check-ins to assess product adoption and satisfaction, communicate product updates and solutions to meet evolving client needs, and serve as escalation point for implementation, support, and billing concerns. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collect satisfaction metrics, and collaborate internally to represent client voice in process improvements and product development.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication and client orientation skills with strong planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of SaaS business models required.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree required (MBA/Master's degree preferred) with 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or similar roles including SaaS experience. Strong understanding of client relationship management and ability to work cross-functionally within an organization.

Compensation: $70Kβ$95K/yr
