Role Snapshot

The IT Support Specialist provides technical support to multiple customers across various locations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while managing helpdesk requests through a ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and configuring computer applications and hardware, managing Windows OS and application updates, user profile onboarding, equipment inventory management, and systems administration tasks such as user creation and device lifecycle management.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include technical support experience, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and firm understanding of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and conceptual knowledge of enterprise networking, messaging controls, and malware prevention.
Qualifications: An Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of technical support or helpdesk experience required.
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Compensation: $45K–$65K/yr
