Summary
The Director of WFE Portfolio Strategy will lead the development and innovation of Workforce Edge's education solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic goals while driving growth through strategic leadership and market insight.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute portfolio strategy aligned with organizational goals, evaluate and enhance education solutions, stay ahead of workforce development trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Strategic management experience in education or workforce development, strong data-driven analytical skills, excellent communication and thought leadership capabilities, and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: 8+ years in product strategy and leadership roles with advanced degrees strongly favored; experience in education, workforce development, or talent solutions preferred.
Location: Remote from United States of America with occasional travel required
Compensation: $116,300 – $174,500/year
