Role Snapshot
Lead the product strategy and growth of Shine Early Learning's early learning solutions portfolio, including the HELP assessment system and HELP Connect digital platform. Serve as both strategic leader and hands-on product manager in a player-coach role that improves outcomes for children and families.
Skills & Tools: Strong product management and leadership abilities, expertise in translating customer needs into product strategy, experience with edtech and SaaS products, cross-functional collaboration skills, and passion for education sector impact.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5-7 years of progressive product management or product leadership experience and 3+ years leading teams or managing cross-functional product delivery, with required experience in education sector and strong preference for early childhood education background.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $130K–$150K/yr
