Role Snapshot
Sales Administrator for a 6-month contract at Bluum, a leading educational learning catalyst company. The role provides essential sales support including order management, project coordination, and client liaison to ensure smooth integration projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage order entry, processing, invoicing, and returns; coordinate logistics and installation scheduling for integration projects; serve as primary point of contact for customer communications regarding project status and logistics. Support assigned sales representatives with documentation preparation, quotes, and miscellaneous client inquiries.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and communication abilities with proficiency in order management and customer service. Knowledge of project logistics, documentation processes, and ability to coordinate between multiple departments.
Qualifications: Preferred experience in sales support or administration roles with familiarity with order management systems and project logistics. No specific education requirement stated; experience in related administrative or sales support positions is valued.
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Compensation: $20β$23/hr
