Role Snapshot

Finance & Accounting Trainer responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs including new hire onboarding, process training (PTP, RTR, OTC), and continuous education at Accenture. The role mentors other employees and drives improvements in training and communication coaching processes.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end new hire training programs covering pre-process, voice, and client-specific training; provide communication coaching and training support to other business units; mentor employees, attend quality calibration calls, and propose continuous improvements to training processes.

Skills & Tools: Finance & Accounting domain expertise in PTP, RTR, or OTC processes; strong communication and mentoring abilities; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience writing DTPs and designing training materials preferred.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Finance & Accounting experience in PTP, RTR, or OTC processes; individual contributor level experience required. Training experience and DTP writing experience preferred but not required.

Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr (estimated)

POSITION TITLE: Finance & Accounting Trainer (PTP, RTR, OTC)
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Delivers all required training programs that may include end to end new hire training (Pre-Process, Voice and Client-Specific process training), continuous education, company background and industry policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes
• Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support
• Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
• Provide communication coaching and training support to other businesses

OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Rotation Off
Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 2 years of F&A experience, i.e., PTP or RTR or OTC • Individual Contributor • Preferred (but not required) / Advantage: • Experience in writing DTPs • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) • Training experience
