Role Snapshot

Lead the strategy, quality, and execution of learning design initiatives at Elevo Learning, ensuring training programs drive measurable business impact and behavior change in the field. Manage a team of Training Designers while establishing organizational learning design standards across multiple modalities.

Key Responsibilities: Define learning design standards and role-based learning journeys, oversee certification frameworks and onboarding pathways, and manage the execution of major training initiatives. Coach and develop Training Designers, establish quality control standards for all learning materials, and partner with analytics to measure training effectiveness.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in adult learning theory, proficiency in instructional design software (Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate), and strong leadership and coaching capabilities. Systems-thinking approach with ability to design scalable processes and create high-quality training materials across multiple modalities.
Qualifications: Experience with role-based learning journeys and a track record of creating high-quality training materials across ILT, VILT, and asynchronous learning modalities. Background in instructional design and team leadership within educational or organizational development contexts.
Location: Los Angeles, California
Compensation: $95K–$115K/yr
