Role Snapshot
Join Docebo as a Financial Analyst in FP&A to support financial planning and analysis activities while leveraging AI to enhance business performance and guide strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Develop financial models, analyze actual results versus budget/forecast, prepare variance analyses and key metrics for month-end and quarter-end reporting, and act as a business partner between Finance and departments across sales and marketing.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or accounting roles with a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience; CPA designation required or actively in progress.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$65K–CA$90K/yr
