Role Snapshot

Lifecycle & Expansion Marketing Manager at Docebo who develops and executes lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment. This role focuses on building scalable programs that turn customer insights into measurable business impact through segmentation, targeting, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Build and optimize lifecycle programs including audience segmentation, trigger-based campaigns, and expansion initiatives; design customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth. Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue Ops) to test, measure, and continuously improve nurture programs and campaigns.
Skills & Tools: Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce with strong analytical capabilities including A/B testing and cohort analysis; experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS with a data-driven mindset and ability to balance experimentation with strategic execution.
Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant marketing experience preferably in lifecycle, CRM, or B2B SaaS growth marketing; self-starter mentality with demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and revenue impact through data-informed marketing strategies.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$75K–CA$120K/yr
