Onsite Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing technology equipment at customer locations to support K-12 schools. The role involves hands-on technical service, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal functionality of products across various sites.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years of technology repair experience, strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and knowledge of ERP systems. Valid driver's license required for travel to customer locations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required with 2+ years of hands-on technology repair experience. In-depth understanding of warranty entitlements and service requirements preferred.
Location: Mabscott, West Virginia
Compensation: $21/hr
