Role Snapshot

Executive Assistant to support senior executives and leadership teams at Common Sense Media's San Francisco headquarters, managing calendars, meetings, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. The role requires discretion, organizational excellence, and proactive problem-solving to facilitate executive effectiveness.

Skills & Tools: Minimum two years supporting C-suite or senior executives with demonstrated discretion handling confidential information, exceptional organizational abilities, and problem-solving mindset. Required proficiency in Google Workspace, tech-savviness with interest in AI tools, excellent communication and writing skills, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years supporting C-suite or senior executives or equivalent relevant executive-level administrative experience. Professional maturity, detail-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Location: San Francisco - SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94103
Compensation: $76K–$88K/yr
